Over 80% of new members who join inLIFE Wellness have never done Reformer Pilates before, and we love introducing you to it!

In the lead up to the studio opening, and for a month after we open, we offer Beginners Classes which are for anyone new to Reformer Pilates, or if it’s been a while since your last class.

These sessions are slow-paced, friendly, and encouraging. We want to make sure your first experiences in the studio are great ones, and we will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to ensure every studio visit is positive and enjoyable.
