INLIFE WELLNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, memberships and services provided by inLIFE Wellness (“inLIFE Wellness”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By purchasing, redeeming or participating in any offer, membership or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the membership agreement and studio policies of your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio.
Each inLIFE Wellness studio is independently owned and operated. Membership agreements, pricing, cancellation policies, promotional offers and studio procedures may vary between locations.
$29 Introductory Offer
Offer
The $29 Introductory Offer is available to eligible new members and includes:
- 7 days of studio access
- Up to one class per day during the 7-day period
- One 1:1 introductory session with an instructor
- One complimentary pair of grip socks
The 7-day introductory period begins from your first booked class unless otherwise agreed by your chosen studio.
At the conclusion of the introductory period, access will cease unless you purchase a membership or class pack.
Eligibility
The Introductory Offer is available to new members only and may only be redeemed once per person unless otherwise approved by your chosen studio.
Class Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance through the inLIFE Wellness app or booking platform and are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment of AUD $29.00 is required at the time of purchase.
Spring Offer – 50% Off First Month
Offer
Eligible members who join an approved full-price membership during the Spring promotional period will receive 50% off their first month of membership, equivalent to the first two weeks free.
The offer applies to existing full-priced memberships available at the participating inLIFE Wellness studio.
Offer available at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.
Eligibility
This offer is available to new members only.
The offer can be extended to other eligible members at the discretion of the participating inLIFE Wellness studio.
Eligibility is subject to confirmation by your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise approved by your chosen studio.
Promotional Period
The offer is available from Monday 14 September 2026 to Sunday 25 October 2026 at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.
Membership must be entered into during the promotional period to receive the discount.
Membership
The membership will commence on the date agreed with your chosen studio.
The 50% discount applies to the first month of membership only. Following the promotional period, the standard membership fee applicable to your selected membership will apply.
All other membership terms, including payment frequency, class entitlements, studio access, cancellation and suspension conditions, continue to apply in accordance with your membership agreement and the policies of your chosen studio.
Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance through the inLIFE Wellness app or applicable booking platform and are subject to availability.
Spring Offer – Unlimited Membership
Offer
For a limited time, eligible members may join a participating inLIFE Wellness studio on a promotional Unlimited Weekly Membership.
The membership provides unlimited access to eligible Reformer Pilates and Group Exercise classes at the member’s nominated home studio, subject to class availability and the terms of the membership agreement.
Offer available at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.
Eligibility
This offer is available to new members only.
The offer can be extended to other eligible members at the discretion of the participating inLIFE Wellness studio.
Eligibility is subject to confirmation by your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio.
The promotional membership cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional membership or offer unless otherwise approved by your chosen studio.
Promotional Period
The offer is available from Monday 14 September 2026 to Sunday 25 October 2026 at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.
The promotional membership must be entered into during the promotional period.
Membership & Studio Access
The promotional Unlimited Membership provides unlimited eligible class bookings each week at the member’s home studio only.
This membership does not provide access to classes at other inLIFE Wellness locations. Members requiring access to multiple inLIFE Wellness studios may need to select an alternative full-priced membership.
Classes remain subject to availability and must be booked in accordance with the studio’s booking and cancellation policies.
Membership Fees
The applicable promotional weekly membership fee will be confirmed by your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio before you join.
Membership fees will be processed in accordance with your membership agreement and will continue until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with that agreement.
Refer a Friend – Give $20, Get $20
Offer
Eligible active inLIFE Wellness members can refer a friend to their participating home studio and receive a $20 account credit once the referred friend completes their first eligible purchase.
The referred friend will also receive a $20 credit towards their first purchase at the referring member’s home studio.
Offer available at participating inLIFE Wellness studios.
Eligibility
The referring member must hold an active package with a participating inLIFE Wellness studio at the time of the referral.
For referrals made through the inLIFE Wellness app, the referred friend must be a new client who has not previously created or logged into an inLIFE Wellness app account.
Referrals involving returning or existing clients may be processed manually at the discretion of the participating studio.
Referred Friend Credit
The referred friend will receive a $20 credit to use towards their first eligible purchase at the referring member’s home studio.
Where the value of the first purchase is less than $20, any remaining credit may be retained on the referred friend’s account for a future eligible purchase, subject to the studio’s applicable policies.
The referral credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Referring Member Credit
Once the referred friend completes their first eligible purchase, the referring member will receive a $20 credit.
The credit may be applied towards an eligible future purchase, including a class pack or membership payment where supported by the studio’s booking and payment system.
Referral credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Referrals
Where the Refer a Friend feature is available through the inLIFE Wellness app, active members may send their unique referral link directly to their friend.
The referred friend must follow the referral process and create their account using the referral link for the credit to be applied automatically.
Participating studios may also process referrals manually where required.
Offer Availability
The Refer a Friend offer is being promoted as part of the Spring campaign from Monday 14 September 2026 to Sunday 25 October 2026.
General Terms
Payment
Payment for memberships, introductory offers, class packs and promotional offers is required in accordance with your selected purchase and membership agreement.
By providing your payment details through our secure payment system, you authorise inLIFE Wellness to process payments in accordance with your selected membership or purchase.
Acceptance
By purchasing, redeeming or registering for any inLIFE Wellness membership, introductory offer, class pack or promotional offer, and by providing your payment details through our secure payment system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to us collecting and using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
inLIFE Wellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors.
We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
Any personal information collected is securely stored and used only for the purposes of providing our services. We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide our services.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Refund Policy
We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision.
Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Promotional Offers
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers are available for a limited time only.
- Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.
- inLIFE Wellness reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

FRANCHISE TERMS
The following terms apply to inLIFE Wellness franchisees and are to be read in conjunction with the applicable Franchise Agreement.
Payment
Payment of AUD $300.00 plus GST per month is required in accordance with your Franchise Agreement.
Acceptance
By providing your financial details through our secure payment system, you consent to us using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
inLIFE Wellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers, franchisees and website visitors.
We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. Any information we collect is kept securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
