$29 INTRODUCTORY OFFER (‘INTRODUCTORY OFFER’)

Terms and Conditions The $29 Introductory Offer is made to you by inLIFEWellness (as defined below). This Introductory Offer entitles you to receive the following: One Class per day, 1 x 1-on-1 Personal Training Session, for a maximum of 1 weeks. The 1 week period (the “Period”) begins from your signup date, unless otherwise agreed by a representative of inLIFEWellness. At the conclusion of the Period, your access to inLIFEWellness will be suspended. You can purchase class packs or if you would like to join as a member, please contact your local or home studio (see ‘Find A Studio’ link above).

ONE CLASS PER DAY

You are entitled to attend one class per day at inLIFEWellness during the Period. Classes must be booked online in advance and attendance is subject to availability.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

You are entitled to 1 x 1-on-1 Personal Training Session during the 1 weeks, to a total of 1 Personal Training Session over the Period. We look forward to seeing you in the Studio.

PAYMENT

Payment of AUD$29.00 is required to secure your Introductory Offer. Payment is to be made online via Visa or Mastercard. To discuss alternative payment options, please contact your local or home studio (see ‘Find A Studio’ link above).

ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your payment details, you accept the $29 1 week Trial Offer Terms and Conditions and consent to us using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION

If you decide that you do not want to become a member of inLIFE Wellness upon the lapse of the Period, you have to advise us in writing before the end of the Period. You will be contacted prior to the end of the Period to discuss ongoing membership.

PRIVACY POLICY

inLIFEWellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information. Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. Please review our Privacy Policy.

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 23/06/2016. All transactions are processed in AUD.

REFUND POLICY

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be only be given where required in accordance with Australian law. Refunds will not be provided within four weeks of the retreat. However, a full refund may be issued if the participant can arrange for their spot to be filled by another attendee.

JOIN [in]. STAY [in]. PROMOTION (“Offer”)

The JOIN [in]. STAY [in]. promotion is made available by participating inLIFE Wellness studios (“inLIFE”, “we”, “us”). This Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at the discretion of inLIFE Wellness or the participating studio.

The Offer is available to new members only.

OFFER INCLUSIONS

Eligible new members who participate in the JOIN [in]. STAY [in]. promotion will receive:

  • First month (4 weeks) of membership free, and

  • One (1) free 10 Class Pack, valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • The free 10 Class Pack is valid only while the membership remains active.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS & COMMITMENT

To access this Offer, you must:

  • Sign up to a full-price weekly class membership at a participating inLIFE Wellness studio

  • Agree to a minimum 4-month membership commitment, commencing from the date of sign-up (or another start date as agreed with your studio)

Following the first free month:

  • Weekly membership instalments will commence and continue for a minimum of 3 months (12 weekly payments)

  • No cancellations are permitted during the full 4-month commitment period

FREE 10 CLASS PACK CONDITIONS

  • The free 10 Class Pack is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • The Class Pack may only be used while your membership is active

  • If your membership is cancelled at the end of the 4-month commitment, any unused classes will be forfeited

  • The Class Pack cannot be used while a membership is paused or suspended

  • Classes must be booked in advance through the inLIFE Wellness app or website.

  • Attendance is subject to availability and studio schedules.

UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES & PAUSES

  • Membership upgrades are permitted during the 4-month commitment period

  • Membership downgrades are not permitted during the 4-month commitment period

  • Downgrades may be requested after the initial 4-month commitment

  • Pauses or suspensions may be applied during the paid portion of the commitment period at the studio’s discretion

CANCELLATION & ONGOING MEMBERSHIP

  • As the final week of the 4-month commitment approaches, members may choose to cancel their membership

  • A 7-day written cancellation notice is required

  • If no cancellation notice is received, the membership will continue on an ongoing basis and weekly payments will continue to be deducted at the agreed ratePRIVACY POLICY

  • inLIFE Wellness respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

PAYMENTS

  • No payment is required during the first free month

  • By signing up, you authorise recurring weekly payments to be deducted from your nominated payment method following the free month

  • Payments will continue in accordance with your studio’s membership agreement

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Offer is available to new members only

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or referral incentive.

  • Eligible members may access one promotion only at the time of sign-up.

  • Offer is valid only at participating inLIFE Wellness studios

  • Each inLIFE Wellness studio is independently owned and operated. Membership agreements, pricing, policies and procedures may vary by location
