INLIFE WELLNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, memberships and services provided by inLIFE Wellness ("inLIFE Wellness", "we", "our" or "us"). By purchasing, redeeming or participating in any offer, membership or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the membership agreement and studio policies of your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio. Each inLIFE Wellness studio is independently owned and operated. Membership agreements, pricing, cancellation policies, promotional offers and studio procedures may vary between locations.
$29 Introductory Offer
Offer
The $29 Introductory Offer is available to eligible new members and includes:
7 days of studio access
Up to one class per day during the 7-day period
One 1:1 introductory session with an instructor
One complimentary pair of grip socks
The 7-day introductory period begins from your first booked class unless otherwise agreed by your chosen studio. At the conclusion of the introductory period, access will cease unless you purchase a membership or class pack.
Eligibility
The Introductory Offer is available to new members only and may only be redeemed once per person unless otherwise approved by your chosen studio.
Class Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance through the inLIFE Wellness app or booking platform and are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment of AUD $29.00 is required at the time of purchase.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to new members joining on an eligible full-price membership. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
Membership
Membership begins on the agreed commencement date. The first membership payment will be processed two weeks after the membership commencement date unless an alternative start date has been agreed with your chosen studio. Following the free period, membership fees will continue in accordance with your selected membership agreement.
Complimentary 10 Class Pack
The complimentary 10 Class Pack:
Will be applied after joining an eligible membership.
Remains valid only while the associated membership remains active.
Will be forfeited if the membership is cancelled or terminated.
Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
May be gifted to another person at the discretion of your chosen studio.
Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Promotion Availability
This promotion is available for a limited time only and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
General Terms
Payment
Payment for memberships, introductory offers, class packs and promotional offers is required in accordance with your selected purchase and membership agreement. By providing your payment details through our secure payment system, you authorise inLIFE Wellness to process payments in accordance with your selected membership or purchase.
Acceptance
By purchasing, redeeming or registering for any inLIFE Wellness membership, introductory offer, class pack or promotional offer, and by providing your payment details through our secure payment system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to us collecting and using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
inLIFE Wellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. Any personal information collected is securely stored and used only for the purposes of providing our services. Pricing Policy
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Refund Policy
We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision. Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. For any enquiries regarding refunds, please contact your chosen inLIFE Wellness studio via our Find a Studio page.
Promotional Offers
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional offers are available for a limited time only.
Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.
inLIFE Wellness reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

FRANCHISE TERMS
The following terms apply to inLIFE Wellness franchisees and are to be read in conjunction with the applicable Franchise Agreement.
Payment
Payment of AUD $300.00 plus GST per month is required in accordance with your Franchise Agreement.
Acceptance
By providing your financial details through our secure payment system, you consent to us using your payment and contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
inLIFE Wellness respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers, franchisees and website visitors.
