Since opening our first studio in 2019, inLIFE Wellness has grown into one of Australia’s leading boutique wellness brands, helping thousands of members discover a stronger, fitter and happier version of themselves.
Today, our network spans New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia with a growing presence in Texas, USA and New Zealand. While our studios continue to expand, one thing has never changed – our commitment to creating welcoming spaces where people of all ages and fitness levels can move, grow and thrive.

Our Story
Built on a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.
Founded by Scott Capelin, inLIFE Wellness was created with a simple vision: to make movement more accessible, enjoyable and sustainable for everyday people.
With more than 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Scott recognised that many people wanted to exercise but didn’t feel comfortable in traditional gym environments. He set out to create something different — a boutique wellness studio where members could feel supported, welcomed and encouraged from the moment they walked through the door.
The first inLIFE Wellness studio opened in 2019 with a focus on Reformer Pilates, expert coaching and genuine community. Since then, the brand has continued to grow across Australia and internationally, while staying true to the values it was built on: community, warmth, empathy, gratitude and creating an experience where every member feels like they belong
